Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and fantastic views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January - 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

Bright apartment in new house(2018), a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette to cook! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Kid-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Småbåthavn like ved, hage på fremsiden av boligen. Boligen ligger i ett rolig boligområdet så det må tas hensyn til naboer, festing er ikke tillatt. Det er to leiligheter i huset med seperat inngang til hver av leilighetene. Wifi og strøm er inkludert i leien. Dyr og røyking ikke tillatt pga allergi

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

A gorgeous property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.
