An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker); large living room with TV and a dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby travel bed); small bathroom with shower and toilet. Our comfortable apartment is intended to be a home away from home. The box-spring bed with extra high pocket spring mattresses and premium topper should ensure a good and relaxing night's sleep. The bathroom has been completely renovated as well as the kitchen and the sleeping/living area. The property is suitable for short and long-term stays. There is a guest terrace and a lockable bicycle parking space. Live TV streaming service: waipu tv is included.

Apartment Hegau-Traum in Hilzingen

The apartment for 1-2 people is about 35 square meters and can be reached via a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
