Nicolas was a super attentive and patient host with my requirements, the apartment is as shown in the photos, a comfortable, clean, welcoming place. 100% recommended, it has some food establishments nearby, a few blocks away a shopping center.

Dby is a very charismatic person, as soon as the reservation was generated she contacted me to give me all the directions, on how to get there, in fact she sent me videos so that everything was very easy. Very good disposition. The place was as it was posted in the listings. Everything very neat, clean and tidy. Highly recommended 🫰🏻

The Department met all my expectations and much more. New, modern apartment, with everything at hand. Everything worked smoothly, from the access with security code, appliances, shower with instant hot water, etc, zero faults. Everything was very well organized, nice decor, great view of the city. The quality and comfort of a good bed and a good mattress for a really restful sleep is appreciated. TV with Streaming platforms, quite varied. If I go to Talca again, I'll go back to the same place.
