Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Islay

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten vor dem Check-In bereits unser Gepäck abladen. Wir wurden mit Tee und Kaffee versorgt und das Frühstück wurde uns aufs Zimmer gebracht. Gute Lage, um zum Loch bei Finlaggan zu wandern, die Whiskydestillerien Caol Ila und Bu nahaiban zu besuchen und an der Fähre in Port Askaig im Hotelrestaurant essen zu gehen.

Fiona is the best! Friendly, flexible and helped us get to the right places and even booked restaurants for us! A great place with everything you’d want in a stay! And 2 friendly pups and a cat!! Will definitely come back! Thank you!

Fiona is a fantastic host, and she cooked us an excellent breakfast! She made sure we had everything we needed and more. She made us dinner reservations and gave us recommendations of things to do throughout the day. We are looking forward to our next trip and plan to stay with Fiona! I highly recommend!

Fiona is a national treasure. She took exceptional care of us, it felt like we were family. I'm terrible at planning and she made sure we had dinner reservations, transportation (Andrew of Bruichladdich taxi was exceptional as well) and the breakfasts she made were fantastic. You weren't left hungry. Her house is amazing. Looking out over that garden and into the water was stunning. Just what we needed, couldn't have asked for a better start to our honeymoon. Absolutely above and beyond. Thank you Fiona!

Wir haben ein super süßes Häuschen vorgefunden! Alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert! Über den Frühstückskorb haben wir uns jeden Morgen gefreut! Alles super sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Küche voll ausgestattet, alles was man brauchte war da! Wunderschöner Blick ins Tal! Nur zu empfehlen, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

We had a fabulous 2 night stay at Crinan Ferry. Stephanie and Adrian were very welcoming and their b&b was warm, cozy, and peaceful. The breakfasts were excellent, with a varied choice. We had the 3 course meal with local and seasonal ingredients - lovely. Nothing was too much bother for them, and their love for the area is clear to see! We would definitely come back in the future! We felt spoiled at Ronachan's farm. The bedroom was a very large one and all the furnishing was elegant and comfortable. The bathroom is bigger than average and with a powerful shower. Breakfast was very good, a wood fire made the room very cosy and warm. The food was delicious, a great selection of homemade spreads, bread had just been baked and still warm. Andrea is passionate about food and it was great to chat to him about all the produce of Mull of Kintyre.

Thanks for a wonderfully warm welcome at such short notice! I had a great night’s sleep, brilliant sunshine to wake up to & a superb breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much both!
