Monthly Rentals in Jersey Village

This is the second time we stayed at Rhonda’s home. We stayed for a month both last year and this year. It really was perfect both times. Rhonda responded almost immediately to any question we had. The power went out due to a storm rolling through and Rhonda let us know immediately what the power company shared with her. This home is spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. We went for a walk almost daily around the neighborhood and had our coffee outside each morning. We love it here and can’t wait to stay again next year.

You will not find a better host than Gwen!! Awesome communication, very polite and accommodating. Her and her husband Sam went above and beyond for us when the tornado hit and we lost power for multiple days. They brought us a generator and bought a small ac unit for us to have. When we unexpectedly had to leave a month before our reservation was up, Gwen helped square everything away with the changes of dates and payments for us. The home is bigger than the pictures show!! Nice quiet neighborhood, spacious living room area, and perfect yard for our 2 dogs!! - even a doggy door for them. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably: cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, pots and pans, silverware, plates, etc. We stayed here for 6 weeks and it was fabulous! Can not recommend enough :)

Host is extremely EASY to get a hold of. FAST response and readily available for any issues questions or concerns. The Place was very CLEAN AND SPOTLESS. Smells SO FRESH AND NICE! lots of plug ins which I appreciate when you open the door it makes you feel right at home. Such a comfortable bed! Only thing I wish there was in the bedroom was a small dresser or night stand. Just something for extra belongings as I did stay for a month, but there is a nice big closet that was fine. No tv in bedroom, only living room. For me I like tv in the bedroom others do not. It’s a personal preference. Appliances worked just fine. Shower pressure good. Paper goods, Cleaners, laundry soap, trash bags were on hand. Parking in garage, never had any issue finding an open spot. NOTE If you have two vehicles your first one is registered to park in garage safely. Any Secondary vehicle must be parked in visitor parking on top floor of garage or you will tow you. Overall loved my stay! Thanks for having me
