Our 1 bedroom apartment with almost 48 sqm was almost completely renovated in winter 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped including air conditioning and in the new season also with TV. Instead of the bunk bed, 2 single beds were furnished in the bedroom next to the double bed. In addition to a new air conditioner, a new 55 inch TV was installed In the hallway there is a reading corner with couch, which can be pulled out for a 5th person. For 4 guests generous, up to 5 guests possible

The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope).
