This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! Brilliant location, walkable to the lake and easy to get into Kyōto on the train. The house itself is lovely, it feels like a traditional Japanese home but with charming little details and tasteful décor. All very comfortable, quiet and clean. 事前の写真で拝見した通り、外観、室内ともに美しく、期待以上の清潔感で驚きました。部屋全体が丁寧に清掃され、整理整頓が行き届いており、非常に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。トイレやバスルーム等の水回りも完璧に清掃されていました。 室内には幼児向けのおもちゃが豊富に用意されており、子供たちも飽きることなく、楽しく過ごすことができました。また、敷地内に車を2台駐車できた点も大変助かりました。 周辺環境についても、住宅街ゆえに日中、夜間ともに非常に静かです。徒歩で10分もかからない場所にスーパー（平和堂）があり、食材の買い物には困らないと思います。 全体を通して、不満に感じる点は皆無でした。強いて挙げるとすれば、キッチンのコンロ数に対して、大きなサイズのフライパンが一つしかなかったため、複数の料理を同時に進める際にやや手間に感じた程度です。ですが、これは些細な点でしょう。 総じて、非常に満足度の高い滞在となり、ホスト様のおかげで素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。清潔さ、設備、利便性において、自信を持って他の方にもお勧めできる素晴らしい施設です。

Отличный светлый и просторный дом с видом на озеро! Понравилось слушать диких уток, которые живут на озере *смеётся* Отличная кухня, в которой мы часто готовили на протяжении наших 14 дней пребывания. Местоположение прекрасное, потому что рядом находится торговый центр Branch со Starbucks и множеством ресторанов, в которых мы успели покушать. Там же находится MaxValue, где можно найти много продуктов. До станции немного далековато, но это отличная прогулка, которая занимает около 15 минут времени, мы часто ездили до Киото. Спасибо за гостеприимство, мы бы хотели вернуться снова, это был отличный отдых!

this is a most amazing place we have ever stayed with air bnb, kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking stuff and even various seasoning, bedrooms are superb.... Children have plenty of space inside the building and backyard for running, the space is more than enough for our 12 people group. ......... Perfect.......

Dit fijne, ruime en handig ingedeelde huis staat in een hele mooie wijk van Kyoto. Matuda reageerde heel snel als er iets niet helemaal duidelijk was. We (gezin met jongens van 13&16) hebben hier met veel plezier verbleven.

This was an awesome Airbnb! It was in a perfect location if you like a more peaceful neighbourhood. It was still only a couple train stops away from Kyoto. Close to the lake this area is so calming. There are also delicious restaurants near by. Clean and modern Airbnb space :) Would recommend!

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.
