Our small eco-friendly guesthouse Le Jardin de Martin in Plérin in the Côtes d 'Armor, located between garden and horses is a 5-minute walk from Martin Plage and the GR34 and close to the bike trails. Thought like a tiny house, with glass windows to the south on the garden, arranged in a zen and vintage spirit, it is an atypical place, warm, semi-passive, isolated from the waves with private wifi. Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

The 1st floor accommodation has a 6 m2 terrace with views of St Brieuc Bay and the St Quay Islands, pure happiness for your meals. In the heart of the seaside resort with water activities, suitable for families, but also nightlife (bars, nightclub, casino and cinema. Accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 large outdoor terraces, a private hot tub, access to an indoor pool heated during the day. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. The interior of the house is well insulated so you can continue your evenings without worries inside!

New house completed in early February 2019. It has a surface area of 126 m² + the 60 m² pool building. The house can accommodate 8 people with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° in summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7km away, Etables 5km away) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)
