Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

New 47 m2 beachfront apartment (available July 2019) at the foot of the GR 34 customs trail. Beaches 250 m, 450 m and 600 m for the large Casino beach. The 1st floor accommodation has a 6 m2 terrace with views of St Brieuc Bay and the St Quay Islands, pure happiness for your meals. In the heart of the seaside resort with water activities, suitable for families, but also nightlife (bars, nightclub, casino and cinema. Accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility.

In the heart of a natural area, on the dike, this small renovated 40 m2 fisherman's house and its seaside terrace welcome you in an exceptional and peaceful setting! Completely renovated and equipped, this accommodation has a real high-end wellness area: Nordic sauna, shower with bucket of cold water, massage bath... Everything is provided for your comfort. Just come with your swimsuit 😁

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 large outdoor terraces, a private hot tub, access to an indoor pool heated during the day. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. The interior of the house is well insulated so you can continue your evenings without worries inside!

The fully-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy on the enclosed balcony overlooking the harbor and sea.

Villa "Glaz" with indoor pool heated to 28°

New house completed in early February 2019. It has a surface area of 126 m² + the 60 m² pool building. The house can accommodate 8 people with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° in summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7km away, Etables 5km away) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)

The Candi Bentar annex opens the doors to charm, relaxation and well-being. The Candi Bentar space is available to offer for thoughtful practices like meditation and yoga. Equipped with a fully private Spa, you can enjoy the benefits of hydromassage. The small arin houses, Ty mam goz

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

Indoor pool and beach 300 meters away

The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared. It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea
