“Vicky is really a friendly host ! She gives us local adress to eat and many things to our road in the Ring of Kerry. She takes good care of her guests and always smiling. The room and bathroom are really clear and big and you find everything you need. The breakfast is perfect with fresh orange juice, cereals, yoghurt, fruits, marmelade, bread.. ! I recommend with no hesitation !! Thanks !”
Old pub cottage was an illegal pub in the 1860 s. We are situated in the centre of the beara peninsula on the wild Atlantic way coastal route amid stunning scenery . Ideal place for getting away from it all and enjoying peace and quiet. Many walking routes. 4 poster bed. oil central heating. Free wifi.peace and quiet with lovely view of the mountains.
“I cannot express how lovely my stay in Old Pub Cottage was. I stayed for 5 nights by myself and had such a cosy, peaceful stay surrounded by the beautiful Caha mountains and with no noise except for the sounds of the birds and the odd car. Eileen and Robert made me feel so welcome on arrival and were great for telling me all about walks and things to do in the local area. The cottage is beautifully decorated, the 4 poster bed is super comfortable and I had everything that I could have possibly needed there - including plenty of logs etc for the fire. It is only a 25 minute drive to the beautiful town of Kenmare and is perfectly positioned for exploring the spectacular Beara Peninsula. I would highly recommend staying in this quaint cottage!!”
The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse and herd of alpacas. The property dates back to the 19th century and has seen very little change over the years so most of the original features remain. The lodge has a warm and cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a breakfast nook and en-suite bathroom. A Continental breakfast is brought to your door each morning. We are in a beautiful rural location 10 miles from Kenmare, and it is definitely worth the drive!
“This was by far the best Airbnb experience me and my GF had. Mia and Simon overachieved our expectations to the fullest. The place is absolutely marvelous, with a stunning view and beautiful energy. It is very cozy and you instantly feel at home. What makes the whole experience even better are the hosts. Mia and Simon have hearts of gold, they really care about your stay and serve the best breakfast in the world. Booking your stay here will be your best decision you will ever make. Oh yeah. And there are alpacas!”
