Everything you need for lunch, cooking, warming up, as well as a refrigerator. Large garden available with swing for children, animals (chickens, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs). We will do everything to make you feel good.

We welcome you to a small village in central Brittany between the English Channel and the Atlantic (30 min north coast and 1 hour south coast). Just an 800-meter walk from the center of Plouguenast, you will find shops and local amenities. For hiking lovers (equestrian, mountain biking, hiking) the town has several kilometers of marked trails to discover the Lié Valley, one of the loops passing through the village of Rotz

House in the Mené countryside. Central position between the northern coast of Brittany and the rural center of the region, you are less than one hour drive of the main attractions: St Malo, the Brocéliande forest, Erquy, etc. Common shops are within 5min drive: bakery, small supermarket, post office, pharmacy. My house is situated in a hamlet of 3 houses with a quiet road in front of the house.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.

What about enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a house by a lake! Wake up with birds, enjoy fishing (possibility of renting the pond) or walk amongst beautiful paths through the fields and the forest. A perfect place to be completely offline! To reach the coast and enjoy the see will take only 30 minutes.
