The cottage (35m²) has: - a bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet - living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV - bathroom with shower - a mini kitchen with hot plate, fridge and microwave - a garden with furniture for sitting comfortably It is quietly located in the south of Leipzig between City and Neuseenland. Connection to public transport is available. The Agra Exhibition Centre is only a 10-minute walk away. NO animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

Old-building charm on Karli

My small 3-room apartment is centrally located, close to the popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The city center and the park are within walking distance. I have lovingly renovated the apartment, so it has a special charm, but still “corners and edges”. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 m) + loft bed in the study (approx. 1.40). In the kitchen there is everything, including a Thermomix ;) The apartment is on the first floor, but is still relatively quiet and bright.

The Löftchen is located - directly adjacent to the city center - in the former publishing house in the historic Graphic Quarter. Within walking distance: the architecturally impressive old town, Gewandhaus, opera house and St. Thomas Church... Shopping, restaurants & stops right on site. The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5% of the total cost and must also be paid in cash by the guest during the stay.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.
