The building is a former paper warehouse of a printing house and very nice to look at. There is a lot of light and despite the downtown location it is nice and quiet inside. From the centrally located place, you can quickly reach all the important places in the city. The RedBull Arena and the Quarterback Arena can be reached in minutes by tram, while every lake is 20 minutes away. The house is located in the second row and has a small garden. A conservatory for sunbathing and relaxing is also included.

Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, Lagerfeuer machen und chillen – und am Abend die Sauna anheizen! Wenn es frisch wird, kannst du die Küchenhexe anheizen und es dir gemütlich machen. Da die Zivilisation weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

The small, cozy attic apartment is centrally located yet quiet between Schloßberg and Mühlgraben. (Market, city center, city information, castle, zoo, train station, etc. are within walking distance). From the loft bed (double bed) you can observe the starry sky. The couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed. We can gladly provide another mattress and a crib.
