Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Im dritten Stock hat man den ganzen Tag schön viel Licht und der Balkon lädt zum entspannten Verweilen ein. Für Allergiker: wir haben einen Hund, der aber nicht haart.
