Vacation rentals with lake access in Leipzig Directorate District

We had a great stay at the property as a family with three children. Especially the game room was a highlight. The surroundings were very beautiful and there was a lot to experience.

We were on site for an extended weekend and had rented two houses from Tino and Jonas (house 49 & 51). We were completely satisfied and enthusiastic and felt very comfortable right away. Everything was very clean and the equipment was very modern and high quality. There were more household items on site than described in the listing (dishwasher tabs, Zewa, garbage bags, etc.). The location of the houses is very good. However, there is a gravel conveyor system diagonally opposite, which did not bother us further. The property is well maintained and large. Direct access to the lake is available. If you want to criticize something, it may be that the house is very clairaudient. This is due to the gallery of the house, which we liked. The check in with the app worked excellently. The bikes on site were very cool and traffic-proof ! Finally, an exceptionally great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend! 🤩

We had a great break at the place. The area is quiet and we liked it. The house is modern, nice big and modern. The sauna was great too! We would definitely come back if we were to go on vacation again in the area. For future guests who like to listen to music or radio, it's best to bring a speaker because there is no radio, soundbar, or speaker.

Everything was amazing and exactly as described. Beautiful place, gorgeous views, private access to the water and absolutely tranquil. A bit hard to find. Amazing place, particular during summer time -warm weather. Loved every minute.

If you're looking for peace and seclusion, this is the place to be. Super cozy sauna and fireplace. The direct view and access to the lake make it perfect. In addition, the house is child-friendly. The noises from the pebble day building on the other side of the lake are only to be perceived quietly. There is room for 4 adults, there would also be more sleeping places. However, the house is already very audible, so you should think about it well with more people. Within walking distance is a consumption in the village (20min away) . The most necessary food and breakfast rolls are available here. We felt very comfortable in the house.

Super apartment for a group with private sauna and private bathroom per bedroom. Very nice view of the lake and possibility to walk. Very well equipped kitchen incl. Spices. Linen and towels are sufficiently provided. Parking is available right in front of the house. Shopping a few minutes away by car.

We were in the region as part of the LBM and the accommodation was very well located (40 min drive to the exhibition center in Leipzig). The accommodation itself is very quietly located in the countryside and also has great opportunities to end the day. The equipment is modern and offers everything you need. We will be happy to check in there again next year.

We had traveled to the LBM and were allowed to spend a few wonderful days in the small, charming apartment. Because it has been so nice and quiet in the area and Lake Cospuden is only a few minutes walk away, we had a good balance to the fair hustle and bustle and were also able to enjoy the stay with our four-legged friend. Clear recommendation!

Very nicely located. Rooftop perfect for relaxing. Host friendly and straightforward. Amenities very good - there is really nothing missing, you could practically move in yourself immediately. A small request was responded to in a lightning-fast and friendly manner. Parking on site is straightforward.

Had an excellent and relaxing stay, the apartment was so very clean, quiet and purely serene. Waking up to the sun through the skylight, having a nice tea or coffee on the balcony were all wonderful highlights. There is more than enough room to park, the neighbours are very respectful which allows a great deal of privacy. We felt as if any problems we would have would be dealt swiftly by the hosts and their hospitality has been top notch. I would absolutely love to come back and spend more time here, thank you for an amazing holiday!

The accommodation is clean, the area is very quiet and it has everything you need for a few days in Chemnitz.

I spent three days in the house in the reed, I loved it. The apartment is wonderfully decorated, you feel right at home. Boris was very helpful and available at all times. It was a wonderful mini time on beautiful Lake Hainer. Absolutely recommended.

Very good communication, many helpful tips. Very nice apartment with great amenities, everything was really thought of and you can tell that Marcel designed the apartment with a lot of love and heart and furnished it with the thought of the guest. We'd love to come back. 👍
