This house has fantastic view of the old head of Kinsale , Harbour View and Courtmacsherry bay, with magnificent choice of restaurants in Kinsale ,Ballinspittle , Harbourew ,Timoleague and Clonakilty.

Spruce Lodge is located in Bandon also known as"The Gateway to West Cork" a perfect base for exploring The Wild Atlantic Way.We are nestled in the scenic historical area known as Killountain 2.5Km from the town centre which boasts Castle Bernard Estate & Bandon Golf Club as our neighbours.A perfect tranquil setting with golf,tennis & angling within walking distance.We are 20min. from Cork Airport and less than half an hour from some amazing beaches & beautiful towns such as Kinsale & Clonakilty

Urban Tranquility Tree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

Ideally suited for a couple or small family. A peaceful, quite, quirky getaway surrounded by animals, trees & farmland just 10 mins drive from Kinsale and 5 mins from some fantastic beaches. An ideal base for exploring the south of Ireland. Somewhere unusual and unique. Great for little ( & big) imaginations.
