Log cabin with amazing view sleeps 3 Dog friendly

Cosy central heated Wooden log cabin/lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside views. Ideal for those wanting to be a mile from our local village but in a quiet area. Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and a fantastic shower have all been in 5* feedback left by many satisfied guests.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Situated in Todmorden, West Yorkshire our beautifully restored cottage built in approximately 1665 and overlooking the vibrant market town of Todmorden and only 5km away from the artisan and beautiful town of Hebden Bridge. It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

Explore the beautiful Calder valley from this characterful grade II listed annex to Kilnhurst Old Hall, once the home of the author, artist and traveller William Holt. We have a comfy king-size bed in the lower bedroom, and two singles or a double on the mezzanine level above as you prefer, and a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. There are fantastic walks, loads of fascinting local history, independent shops and places to eat and drink. We have a safe space for cyclists to store bikes, too!

Topsy Turvy Cottage

The cottage is situated on a small Pennine hill farm. It is in a quiet, secluded area at the end of the farm lane but is only a mile from the small town of Littleborough which has supermarkets and shops. Trains from Littleborough connect to Manchester and Leeds. M62 junction 21 is 10-15 min drive. We live in the adjacent farmhouse, guests will often see us around the farm. We are more than happy to interact and have a chat but respect those who want privacy. Sorry we do not allow pets.
