We were looking for a total peaceful break, clear instructions on how to use amenities, hot tub was really clean and really warm so enjoyed hours relaxing in it! Thank you Ainslie ❤️

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Very well designed cottage making the best possible use of quite a small space - with both a shower room and bathroom , utility room as well as kitchen/living space and the patio with hot tub. Although near to the High Street with a range of takeaways and a superb butcher (Hunters) the cottage is in a very quiet street. The nearby Curate Wynd free car park was very handy and we could unload from there. Although Dawn and Darren were away Dawn was on hand to answer any queries. We had a great three day break - spending the days at the RSPB Nature Reserve in stunning weather. We ate out one night at the Balgedie Toll Tavern - highly recommended for great food and very good service.

What a lovely cozy bothy, just as described and a very comfortable stay. We made good use of the hot tub and enjoyed the quiet surroundings- was a lovely relaxing stay, just what we needed - I’d definitely recommend, Laura was very responsive and this was a lovely place to stay.

A gorgeous retreat for a girls weekend. Crieff within a short driving distance for a wee wander round the shops and a coffee. Fairly well equipped kitchen - enough to make simple meals. The hot tub was sublime after a day out. The most lovely views whether the sun is shining or the mist is rolling in! Dina was helpful and easily contactable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wee haven in amongst the busyness of life!

Property was ideally located for quietness. Garden was safe and secure for the dogs. Everything we needed was provided and any queries were answered quickly.

We had a wonderful time at Kylie’s cottage. The place was very clean and tidy. She was very helpful and responsive, gave us some advice where to go and what to see in the area. We totally coming back and recommend to friends and family

We rented Ladywell Lodge with the Doocot for a large family holiday. Though the cottage is up in the hills, it was very quick to get to major routes. The lodge was perfect for the two couples who stayed there. It is tucked away in its own large outdoor space with woods and hill walks just moments away. It was comfortable and clean with everything as described. The kitchen was well laid out and the sitting room really cosy. The hosts were great too - Sandra is really responsive and we found the flexible check in really good. It was perfect for our family and being able to pair renting this with the Doocot meant we had a brilliant space for lots of people to stay. My husband and I would love to go back and would happily rent the lodge again as it was so comfortable in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay here, everything was here that I needed, my dogs were also very well catered for. I had to change the plans a couple of times and Anne was very responsive and very helpful. Would 100% recommend this little apartment, it was small but perfectly formed with a quaint little courtyard. Love it.

Lovely stay in Tayport. Cottage was so central, few mins walk to the harbour, lovely cafe just up the road and nice walks nearby which was great for us and the dog. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Highlight was the garden which has lots of different areas, we were lucky to have good weather and loved sitting out in the sunshine.

Beautiful relaxing cottage in a very peaceful and convenient part of Scotland. Easy drive from the airport if you have satnav/ GPS. The furnishings and especially the bedding was of top quality, much better than you would expect in a rental unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable welcoming and responsive hosts. Beautiful walk through their farmland from the cottage, Libby came over to welcome us and ensure all was well. She brought two very friendly sheep dogs that work with them on the farm.

We loved staying at Natalie's beautiful conversion in Crail. Such a convenient position in the hub of this beautiful village - yet private, peaceful and comfortable. The perfect spot for a couple of days, exploring Crail and walking the Fife Coastal Path - we wish we'd booked for longer. The garden is a haven.

Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden. Met two tiny (literally newborn) lambs in the field next to us! All wobbly on their feet. So cute!! Friendly hosts, very clean and well decorated.

It was a lovely place to stay. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed over the Christmas period with our daughter who works in the local area. Cottage was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. The cottage was extremely clean and very comfortable. The downstairs had underfloor heating and a log fire which we didn't use as the weather was very mild. There is plenty to do in the area and lots of restaurants that are worth visiting however we chose to eat in most days as just wanted to spend family time together. Katie left some goodies for us when we arrived which was much appreciated as we had had an 8 hour trip. All in all we have a lovely time and would highly recommend

Cute place, small but perfect for a few days away. Everything has been cleverly thought of to fit a tiny space. It’s a great location too but you do need to book if you want to eat at the pub as it is very busy!

The Stables is a wonderful and comfortable property, set in a peaceful estate with a great conservatory and garden. Daily we had wildlife visiting the garden from hare and pheasants to deer. We loved being able to explore the grounds and the walled garden. The property is very well equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of towel rails in the bathrooms and bedrooms (something I often feel is missing in other properties). Great location, within easy distance of Edinburgh and the coast. We highly recommend the Alandas fish and chips at Longniddry Bents, supper with a view. And Yellowcraig Beach is stunning. Would love to come back.

Clean, warm and beautiful furnished. Only issue was parking. A few spaces available otherwise it is street parking.

Lovely cottage and surroundings. Homemade bread on arrival was a nice touch. Read in earlier reviews about deer on the lawn. It's true! Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Fairygreen Cottage was exactly what we needed. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Our boys had so much fun. Alice was very helpful. We would love to stay here again!

The cottage is beautiful, very week equipped and has everything you need for a stay away from home. The log burner is so cosy and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! We loved our stay and communication was fantastic. Hope to come back again soon xx

Lewis’s flat was just beautiful. It was spotless and had everything that was needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were goodies and essentials left for us to enjoy. So nice to have these things when you are travelling. Would highly recommend this lovely spot.
