The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

I recommend it 100%. The space is super comfortable, with a great bed, and very clean. Very close to the center of Cangas de Onís and with access to other areas. All the people we had contact with through the app or in person were very available and friendly. Thank you!!

We took a trip full of activities, so when the day was over we just wanted to get to a comfortable and comforting place to rest and Victor's apartment was the best place to do it! Nice, nice, comfortable, well located and with everything we could need and more! Lastly, it was a pleasure to contact Victor, he was very attentive and was very kind to us!

This is the second time I have enjoyed this apartment, and I can't like it anymore! It's well located, a short walk from the center and old town of Avilés, with shops, great restaurants. The apartment is very nice, it has a terrace, very clean, that I have a garage is an additional point, arrive and park, very comfortable beds, well equipped, in short, I am loving going to Avilés and this apartment makes it easy for me. Directions and contact with the host, very simple and effective. If you want a place to stay while visiting the city and surroundings, this is perfect.

Everything was great. The house is impeccable, everything is clean as shown on the website. Somewhat expensive for the distance that separates the house from the center, but in general, the service, the cleanliness and everything else, very good. Highly recommended

I have to say..that if you are looking for a place to rest for a few days.. do not think more ..this apartment is very comfortable and flirtatious.. has all the amenities you need.. and some very yyyy comfortable bathrooms.. in which to take a relaxing shower...I liked them a lot.. the kitchen has everything you need .. you can prepare a very rich coffee. the host..very kind.. attentive for everything I needed.. It is close to everything.. it is not necessary to take the car.. We really liked the detail of arriving..and having a bottle of cold water in the fridge..and fresh milk too. Highly recommended.

The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

The best experience possible. We are a traveling family, numerous stays in very diverse places for many years, and we have never enjoyed ourselves so much. The house is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need. You feel at home, there is absolutely everything! Toys, board games, appliances of all kinds, etc. I think part of the magic is that you keep discovering new things, new corners, views, etc. every day. And well, the views are breathtaking… typical Asturian mountainous landscape, green, with scattered houses. Waking up and seeing that is a luxury. And finally, Maria, the host. She was there for us at all times. She didn't miss a single detail. We'll definitely be back.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, cozy and with everything you need. On the part of the hosts, everything was easy, with good service and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

It is wonderful to find both spaces and people as attentive and nearby. La Villa is an oasis to disconnect, every detail taken care to make your stay an experience. Friendliness, design, comfortable, disconnection and relaxation are words that can perfectly define the Villa. Lovely, lovely.

Amazing host and house! We had a great 2 nights stay. The host family gave us a very warm welcome and suggestions about local restaurants/shop/how to get to the lake etc. The house itself is also great in terms of location, super nice rooms and amenities. Strongly recommend.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!
