The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

There were three of us on vacation with a dog in this beautiful apartment and we couldn't have met it better. The apartment has a magnificent view and is in the sunshine from morning to evening. A cozy place with soul. Simply fantastically beautiful. Elisabetta & Mattia were great hosts, with great tips on the surroundings. We recovered superbly and had feelings of spring over New Year's Eve thanks to the great location & pure sun. Clear recommendation!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

A very lovely home and Enrico is a consummate host. Pictures don’t do this cozy spot justice. We really enjoyed our time here. The old wood stove offers a delightful aroma that fills the whole place and the village feels like stepping back in time. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Our host helped us test the wifi speed in advance for our remote work trip and graciously left us a bottle of wine. The stairs are steep and not kid-friendly. We found them a bit tricky and you do have to traverse them like ladders to use the toilet. While reading reviews, we noticed comments about black mould in the shower and do encourage the host to take care of this. It doesn’t appear to be anything that some bleach and elbow grease can’t fix and there is a window in the shower, so it is well ventilation. We also note that the mattress upstairs is nice and firm, but sags in the middle, which was fine for our length of stay. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back again soon!

Mirko is a kind and helpful person, the apartments were clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, the garden is large and tidy, in the evening there were also lights above the outdoor benches for those who want to stay out and eat with plenty of seats.

Absolutely stunnimg apartment. The photos cannot describe how beautiful the apartment really is. Host always responsive and super helpful. I would 100% recommend for a romantic getaway! We really enjoyed our stay!

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a few days in this apartment for the second time and met Daniela in person. She responds quickly, is very friendly and gives valuable tips. The decor fully matches the photos and description. Very nice beach promenade. Good starting point for excursions in the area. Gladly another time!

His place is very well arranged, tidy and clean, it fully matches the description of the listing. The photos made available on the construction of the chalets made us discover the progress of the work, the beauty and therefore the merit of the 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Bravo! We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

The Villa was located in a nice neighbourhood. Lots of room for 10 people and the Villa had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect for kids. Close to the train station and the lake Como. We also went for a hike in the mountains. Sara and her parents were friendly, we got welcomed with a tiramisu which was excellent! It was easy to be incontact with Sara, fast replies.

Great stay at Luciana's. A green setting in the mountains bordering Lake Como. Morning freshness far from the hustle and bustle and heat of the valley. Large accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, everything you need with great little touches. In short, a little slice of heaven suitable for a baby. (High chair, crib, green areas, toys). Very nice, older house, quietly located. Everything you need, well-equipped and clean kitchen. Huge garden with various sun loungers, hammocks, toys for children, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful view. The pizzas from the pizza oven in the garden tasted delicious. The communication with the host worked flawlessly, we always got a quick response to questions. We felt completely comfortable.

Maya's house is rustic, very quiet and well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, large shower with plenty of water pressure. The beds are large and comfortable. The house sits on the edge of a mountain village and - which is especially pleasant in nice weather - lots of sunlight throughout the day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
