Very friendly the person in charge, always available for any request, communicated with us before, the place is as described in the listing, it is very close to the airport so its arrival is easy, it is close to a main avenue so getting around to the center of Santa Marta no problem is close to public transport or taxis, it is close to the beach, it is a quiet area and ideal to rest I recommend it

The stay where Dora was wonderful. exceeded my expectations. great communication and response time. The spotless place. I felt at home. 2 minutes walk to the Rodadero. Close to many options for restaurants and miscelaneas to buy what you have forgotten. Pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.

Just 20 minutes from the airport is the apartment. It is just like the photos of the publication. The kitchen is super complete, it has many appliances for cooking what you want. The view is beautiful. it has two balconies and two full bathrooms, super practical for when you return from the beach. Water comes out with excellent pressure. At the building's reception there is a security person 24hs. The Marriott pool very nice, you can use the restaurant and bar of the hotel. The building is close to military detachments, so there is a lot of police presence in the neighborhood, making it very safe. you arrive by walking 5 minutes to Parque de los Novios, where there are many options to eat very rich and tasty. The following has nothing to do with the departamento, but if you are going to come to santa Marta you have to know that the boats that offer service to tayrona go out to the open sea and are very dangerous. we recommend taking catamaran or safer boats.

I felt at home, the place is very cozy, the location is excellent, just a few steps away was a supermarket and the beach and very close to a shopping center. It is very well equipped, has many things to make you feel good. The building has good social areas. I would definitely stay there again.

It is a perfect place to spend as a couple and clear of the stress of the city, the Jacuzzi on the balcony is very romantic, it serves for special occasions, even to ask for marriage (as was my case), in addition José Luis was always very attentive and his instructions were very accurate both to arrive as they are in the place.

We ended on the back of the place because of a confusion with the address given, you have to pay for a bracelet which should be included, it’s paper and if you loose it you have to pay another $5 to replace it, big deal to get extra towels. Other than those minor details the place is amazing, security all the time, pools were beautiful with amazing views, walking distance to Rodadero beach to get water taxis to go to any other beach or tour, short Uber to centro histórico. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It’s worth the price, I loved it.
