The building is well located, a few steps from El Rodadero Beach, it has a swimming pool overlooking the ocean, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and utensils, dining room, parking, balcony overlooking the ocean. Good management and we are surrounded by restaurants and shops. There is good public transportation. For the building's security, everyone is asked to provide proof of identity and is given a keycard for a cost of $12,000 each. Up to 5 adults + one child under 8 Internet 5.20 GB, there is a locker to store bags.
