Great place, clean. Eduardo was always responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much! The place is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping and things to do.

I recommend this Airbnb. It is good value with a great location. Luisfer responds quickly to any questions you may have.

Excellent, great space

My family love the place. it is very cozy and comfortable. the location is perfect to go up town or downtown. I felt very safe, since there's security at the entrance 24/7 and they are very polite and helpful. neighbors always willing to help. they even had a public event at the parking lot and there's plenty to do around the city. I definitely will come back and stay here.

I was very satisfied with the apartment. Jorge is a very helpful host. Despite being a last-minute reservation, the apartment was very clean and tidy. It is also very well located as it is close to malls, gym, among others. The apartment was well equipped, and the space in general was very comfortable.

The apartment is very comfortable, perfect for a couple. We were able to take our dog smoothly and there was enough space in the apartment for him to move around. The view from the balcony of the room is beautiful, the area is very quiet. The building guards are very friendly and helpful. It was 4 blocks away from Los Cocos beach, it is quiet and without many vendors. It offers proximity to downtown without being in the middle of the noise as you can walk in 15-20 mins or by car in about 5-10 mins. Rachelle was in touch all the time and always ready to help, we will definitely stay again!

Carlos is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful, the complex is also, the luxury amenities with all its pools, sauna, Turkish, jacuzzis, for the entrance it was with a shift ( less in the pool), which made it tidy and that the services were not saturated, the only inconvenience was at the time of booking we were 4 but it was left for 1 person, and a day before arrival it was an additional charge for 2 people, within its public policies this was not stipulated, Airbnb helped us with a bonus but we had to make the payment of almost an additional 1 million. Within the set there is no luggage service, leaving bags in Santa Marta is not so easy.

A great space at a great rate. The condo Is wonderful and the view is really great.

Friendly host and good place to stay

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible. In addition, we travel early and managed in the best way to manage to deliver the apartment ahead of time for our greater comfort. 100%RECOMMENDED

This place is incredible, and the host is extremely attentive. The location is extremely central and close to great bars and restaurants.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

We really loved this place, nestled in amongst the trees, close to the river... it is very quiet and peaceful, we would wake to the sound of birds chirping. From the balcony we had a beautiful view of the mountains in front. We work remotely so the internet was important, and we found it to be very fast and reliable. Our trip was too short but we will definitely be back

The house is just like it looks in photos. Very nice and spacious. Andres the very proactive and helpful host. Mrs. Omaira is very attentive and very rich cuisine. The condominium is beautiful and very close to the beach. My family was very happy with the accommodation. Andres thank you so much.

We felt very happy in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby, the pool is spectacular and the house is very spacious and comfortable
