The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

This sun-filled apartment in an authentic Ticino village is ideal for those looking for absolute tranquillity. With stunning views of our palm trees through the massive window, guests particularly love the nearby secret swimming spots, large patio, and free on-site parking. You can reach Locarno and Ascona on Lago Maggiore in 20 minutes, Centovalli and Valle Maggia in 10 minutes, and Lavertezzo in Val Vigezzo in 45 minutes. There is a restaurant only 200 meters from the apartment.

Above Locarno in a beautiful garden, very quiet. From public parking/bus stop about 120 m. Parking house 50 steps. Pergola and garden seating, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi. Kitchen, shower, toilet. Wonderful views of Locarno and Ascona! Parking is subject to a fee, from 7 am to 7 pm, cost: 1 hour CHF 0.80, Sundays & holidays free. Longer stays are also possible. Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a modern kitchen and a modern bathroom and has a great garden.

WELCOME to the garden studio "Gioia" in Verscio, at the beginning of the Centovalli and Onsernone and in the middle of the Terre di Pedemonte, surrounded by vineyards just 5 minutes' walk from the picturesque river Melezza.
