Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access to the whole place and where there is, among other things, an outdoor hot tub, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cottage village near Kvesarumssjön. Around the cottages, you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10-minute walk through the forest, you can get down to a lake with a barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: This is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

Stuga Fritiden - a natural stop

My little house is an affordable overnight stay with ideal location. Turn off and find the home at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, there is everything you would need. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The property is located 800 m from train station, ten minutes walk from golf course and 250 m from ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and Micro, of course .

The cottage is privately located, in our garden, in a quiet, ,-green-green area. 5 min from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern facilities in the bathroom and a cosy south-facing terrace. The cottage has heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

Live in a selfhouseholdning farm with animals near by you. The bedroom has 2 beds, one bed chair and wardrobe. Here are lots of animals - cows, pigs, goats (on pasture a bit away right now), chicken, dog and cats. Nice sorroundings with walking trails like Skåneleden and lakes near by (the nearest lake is 5 km away). Lots of parkingspace on the ground. Its 2 km to the village with convenience store and gas station and train.

Cosy cottage in lush garden

This tiny cottage fits perfectly for couples or single travellers (one pet allowed) who is looking for a cosy place with a friendly host! You will be able to sit outside to enjoy your meal or coffee. It´s a 20 minute walk to the beach, or rent bikes to explore Skanör/Falsterbo with ease. Drive to Copenhagen in 45 minutes across the Oresund bridge. Public transport close by, less than five minutes to the bus stop.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
