Our beautiful self-catering guest house is on the grounds of our own home. Located at the foot of the historic Hill of Slane, overlooking Littlewood Forest and the rambling Boyne Valley, on 3 acres of countryside land. The bungalow is self-contained and situated in a private corner of the grounds, next to our own home. Quiet rural area suited to a couple or small family. Children are always welcome but most suited to families as a base as there are no play areas etc. for them here.

Once the offices of an old corn mill, but later changed into a family home in the 1930s, was left for years abandoned but now its returning to a welcoming home from home. A beautiful airy apartment with patio to front and rear to welcome the sunny mornings and to watch the stars at night. Open plan kitchen/Dinner and sitting room with wood burning stove and views of the garden. Large Bathroom and separate bedroom.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
