We had a wonderful stay! You have a fantastic view of Ascoli and still only need a 5-minute walk to the Altstadt. The breakfast is very nice and Elisabetta and her employee also took care of our 10-month-old daughter very lovingly. All in all a great and very child-friendly place to stay.

Conveniently located, close to the center and access points to the sea. Very clean structure. Owners very attentive to needs and available for any need, directions and suggestions about the stay. Well-organized breakfast.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. 10/10 - Wow! We have only the highest praise for this beautiful accommodation and its lovely hosts, both which made the trip feel truly special. The apartment has so much charm and artistic detail with a lovely decorative terrace and was very clean, spacious and located in the centre (but quiet) and a 10-15 min walk from the train station. The hosts could not have been more kind and accommodating in their welcome. We will remember this place for a long time.

Rosaria and her husband are extremely welcoming. It’s like being part of an Italian household for some days (in a very good way😁). They took really good care of us by having an amazing breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, and Rosaria even did the laundry for us. We ate fruits from the garden, they had a great pool and a lot of hiking options around. Thanks again for this lovely stay!!

Everything totally super and absolutely recommended. Idyllic natural stone building just off the monastery wall of the Franciscan monks. Holy Mass at 7am and evening prayer with Eucharistic worship at 5pm. Very quiet and great view of the valley. Covered terrace with table and chairs, next to it sink with dishwasher and brush. My navigation led me to the parking lot of the monastery, but you have to drive up a small path a little below. There's a small white sign there. Plenty of parking right next to the property. Many thanks to the nice hosts!

Valeria's place was wonderful. Despite being a room with a shared bathroom we never ran into the other guests and had plenty of privacy. Valeria's instructions for getting to the apartment were very helpful and she was flexible with check-in due to train delays that we encountered. I'd highly recommend staying here and if I return to Anconca I will stay here again.

Excellent stay. There were three of us and we had within the same enclosed space with a key two separate bedrooms and a bathroom for us. Very clean, everything. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Andrea!

Quiet and quiet place to enjoy the peace of the territories. Great value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good stay. Wonderful pool where you can take a dip or relax. Giovanna and Emilia, two attentive and kind landlords, available to make you feel at home. Perfect location to reach any place, from Assisi to Santa Maria degli Angeli, from Perugia to Gubbio. Place we'll probably come back to

Beautiful surroundings and home in spello. Leonardo and Paula are so nice and caring. We felt so welcome and had a wonderful time. My boyfriend is vegan and they cooked homemade food and bakery 🥲 We loved it

Elena and her husband are very warm and attentive to their guests. Impeccable cleanliness, the studio is very large and easily suitable for a family with multiple children. A plus, with a large garden and pool. Breakfast is hearty.

We were welcomed in the best way, Lara's mother immediately made us feel at home by giving us the basic directions. The super spacious room with a fantastic terrace, where every morning at dawn we could admire the colors and the sea given the proximity of the house. Every morning we found breakfast ready according to our tastes, and the little Mafalda (the cat) welcomed us with pampering and fuse. Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. A lovely and cozy place. Carmen and Massimiliano are kindness in person: I felt at home and pampered. I will miss breakfast in the garden enjoying the peace of the place and the delicious cakes of Carmen. The room is comfortable and spacious. If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa on the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very countryside. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

I only had the opportunity to spend one night in this b&b that I recommend from all points of view. Very clean room, furnished with brand new furniture and all necessary comfort. Breakfast is plentiful, with house-cooked cakes. Very nice owner and very willing to meet us both for check-in time and breakfast. Basically, highly recommended.

Beautiful farmhouse immersed in the Marche hills. A beautiful pool where you can sunbathe and relax surrounded by a beautiful view and away from the chaos. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. And Federica is an exceptional host, the added value of this structure, which makes you feel like you are family. A hug from Romagna.
