Townhome vacation rentals in Marche

We stayed at Maria Teresa's place for the bridge at the end of October. The place is just for four people, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. The location is great for getting around different villages and the house is also close to the center of Umbertide. The place is really quiet and pleasant. The reception was excellent, warm and full of ideas on what to visit in the area.

We really liked our stay with our dog at marina's place. She is really kind and even when the english language was diffuclt for her she really did her best in the communication and we really appriciate that!! the view was amazing and even with the warm temperture there was a lot of shadow. The tabblefootball in the living room was something we had a lot of fun with.

The house is delicious, super clean, very tidy and nothing is missing. It is part of a very well-kept terraced building on two floors, so quiet, but not isolated. From the balcony you can enjoy an evocative view of the mountains around Urbino. The location of the accommodation is ideal for getting around everywhere because it is barycentric compared to trips outside the city and close to any access through the ancient gates of the city. A real gem. Davide is the perfect host par excellence, kind, always present for any requests and information, but never intrusive. I recommend both for the cost and the quality of the stay this ideal apartment, functional and really out of the norm. We had a great time, as in our own home, we couldn't have expected better.

Very nice and quiet village, first useful shops within walking distance: oven, butcher and grocery store. I add a very positive note for the baker under the house who spoiled us with his fragrant different bread every day! A well-stocked Supermarket is a short distance away by car. Nearby there are several wineries and windmills that sell to the public. We were very satisfied with our short and intense vacation

The house is very spacious and well-kept, equipped with every necessary accessory. You can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Quality mattresses, you can rest very well! Quiet area, a spectacular terrace with sea view on one side and hills on the other. Monia, the owner, is very hospitable and available for every need and very good at preparing exquisite breakfast pastries.

We only stayed at Maria Rita's apartment for one night but the hospitality was excellent. We found very clean, extremely tidy and well-equipped rooms, exactly as described. We don't exclude going back in the future, maybe for a longer vacation. Absolutely recommended.

Great stay. Feliciano was very helpful and personally welcomed us. Spacious house fresh and clean with all the necessary comforts. Not to mention the garden that allowed us outdoor breakfasts and lunches. Very convenient direct access to the beach with very helpful staff and the presence of the pool useful when the sea is not accessible. What can we say, we'll definitely be back

We chose the location because we were traveling with 3 dogs, one of which was a puppy. Really very spacious place, perfect for animals, safe garden, well fenced, floor of what you can't see footprints, owner very tolerant of animals

We spent the last days of 2024 and New Year's Eve here as three couples with three children. The house is super equipped and clean, great for a "large" group like ours. The view is spectacular and you can also see the tree illuminated at night, as well as a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Giuliano was helpful and very kind! Highly recommended!
