Farmstay vacation rentals in Marche

We were there for three days - Marco was super nice and lives right next door and was always available for questions. Most beautiful view from the terrace into the Marche - street hardly used - equipment sufficient for 3 days - very sweet cat that the children loved!

What to say, except that everything was perfect . Hosting by parents as well as the rest of the stay . We were immediately seduced and we fell in love! The view of the surrounding mountains is incredible , the pool very useful and very pleasant . As for the hosts , very welcoming and available . Thank you to you!! We were able to extend ourselves by a few days we would have done it because we were really sad to leave ( big crush for Charly who didn't let us go from start to finish, we will miss it) . Thanks thanks! Looking forward to coming back

We loved our time at Collina Dei Fagiani!! Very welcoming hosts, lovely surroundings and fantastic swimming pool, great for kids. Accomodation is simple but has everything you need. We enjoyed the fruit trees and BBQ area. Highly recommend!!

We had a beautiful stay at Agnese’s charming villa. Very peaceful location with gorgeous views. Great spot being only a short 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Assisi.

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

We would recommend anyone to book Rina’s beautiful stay! We can’t say enough great things about the experience. Rina and her family were so extremely kind and friendly, and the beautiful animals on the property were a huge highlight for us. The place itself was gorgeous. Thank you Rina and family for everything! We will miss it.

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

Nadia and her family offer a very nice place to stay. From here you can explore Monte Sibillini, whether by pedes, by bike or by car. We had very nice days and Nadia gave us valuable tips. We were very satisfied, thank you so much for the warm hospitality.

Wonderful place, felt very welcome!

This place is amazing. Approximately 20 minutes to Assisi. Extremely large property to walk around that includes a wine vineyard and olive groves and a swimming pool. Very tranquil at night absolutely nothing around you except city lights in the distance. Restaurants are a ten minute drive and a grocery store 5 mins. The unit is extremely large and includes an awesome kitchen fully stocked, two large bathrooms and wonderful sitting area outside. The morning breakfast as well is an awesome touch Eddie is an amazing host. Constantly sending suggestions for local sights and things to do. He is on site but as well he will send you links to local towns, driving instructions as well as to restuarants. Assisi is a a must to see. But Eddie also directed us to 3 smaller Italian cities with their cultural heritage and local activities. Absolutely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

Caterina's apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. On site there is a small supermarket and bar. In a few minutes you can reach the nice coastal towns of Sirolo and Numana by car. Not very far and very worthwhile are also excursions to Ancona or Loreto.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

The location is so peaceful and beautiful. It was easy to sit outside and enjoy the views, the smells of the flowers and the singing of the birds.

Christian and his whole family gave us a very warm welcome and took care of us and pampered us in every possible way. We had only rented a small appartment and were offered a free larger one with better facilities at no extra charge. When the appartment was later rented out again, we were even allowed to move into another available one again (also at no extra charge) Christian and his family were always open to questions. In addition to the good furnishing of the appartments and the cosy atmosphere of the entire complex, the spectacular view of Sirolo, the coast and the sea have to be noted! We will gladly return soon.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

So happy we had the chance to stay here. We'll always remember the beauty and deep sense of peace.

What a unique place to stay! Accommodations were exactly as described. We had not trouble finding the Abbey and Annalisa's mom came to greet us upon arrival. Both the abbey and the gardens are beautiful and our children got a kick out of the small playground - an unexpected surprise. We cooked our own dinner in the room and enjoyed the offerings provided for breakfast in the common area. They also had small handmade gifts (olive oils, soaps, marmalades) that we purchased for stocking stuffers for our family.

The location is beautiful and a great base for exploring Umbria. Daniele and the co-hosts were very kind and always helpful. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The fireplace adds a nice atmosphere, and the internet connection is very stable—perfect for remote work. There are a few parking spots available on private property, which is very convenient. Plus, the friendly dogs made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay if you're visiting the area.
