A rustic and well-kept house in a very quiet environment, from which you can explore the area very well. The hot tub is a little outdated, which was made up for by the beautiful garden and the very great cleanliness. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at this special place very much.

Walter Is a a very responsive host. All the instructions for check-in were very clear and precise. The house is big, spacious, clean and warm. When we arrived, it was already heated. That was very convenient,as outside it was quite fresh. The fireplace - amazing and cozy. We were very happy to have booked this place.

We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We were received very friendly. Gustavo gave us great information about the design of our vacation with information about events and sights. We have experienced our two hosts as very helpful and supportive. On our arrival everything was as described in the offer. The communication was uncomplicated. The Podere is magically nestled in the hilly landscape, our place was only 10 steps from the very clean, daily cleaned pool. Bed linen and towels have been changed several times by our hosts. The whole complex is well maintained and very stylish and authentically designed. The quiet secluded location was very accommodating in our need for relaxation. The city of Tolentino with all shopping is 10 minutes away. The region of the Marche is an extremely interesting holiday area, which can be particularly impressed by its charming and varied landscape, its very friendly residents and with a lot of culture and leisure activities. We were able to enjoy the traditional cuisine of the Marche at the many festivals in the surrounding villages and cities. Our holiday was a complete success, we will be happy to come back as this great region could not be discovered in 14 days.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

The House of the past is a rarity, one of those places that takes you back in time just as the name wants. Perfect for those looking for a place surrounded by greenery, in an excellent location for excursions in nature and the city. Perfect for a holiday with 4-legged friends. The house, location and surroundings are just beautiful. The house is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and there is nothing that would be missing. The terrace with the view of Pennabilli is breathtaking and how did you spend unforgettable hours there. It's very and at the same time you can take great excursions. Communication with Birgit was perfect and she even sent us a great folder with a variety of information in advance. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine on the table to welcome you, incredibly nice! We immediately enjoyed these with wonderful Italian antipasti on the terrace with the most beautiful view of the countryside. A truly memorable stay! Thank you for everything, dear Birgit!

We , a married couple with dog, spent 3 weeks in Roberta's house. A great house in a quiet location with fantastic views . We felt very comfortable. Our dog was also able to move freely in the premises. Thanks Roberta

Very relaxing experience. I was in the villa with 19 other guys and between the organization of the spaces and the support from the staff, I have to admit that it was one of the most profitable experiences in recent years. Super large house, (from the photos does not make it) and super clean. Every morning the gardener passed to arrange the lawn + a super helpful guy who helped us in cases of need. Super spacious and peaceful environment, surrounded by the hills. Great for a family experience or with friends. Adonella who welcomed us for check-in, really super helpful and kind. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a moment of peace or super focus with others.

Paradise home in nature with everything you need, the pool is just one of the highlights of the house along with the barbecue and wood-burning oven. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms, as are the bathrooms. The garden is great for being together and going back up. Beautiful location in nature with plenty of places to swim in the river and various walking paths. Impeccable host always available and provided us with all the information we asked for or that could be useful.

Linda’s place is in a beautiful spot up in the hills with beautiful views. It’s peaceful and we took a lovely walk around the area. The drive to Urbino is super quick. The home was spotless and very pretty. Each of the 2 bedrooms is very comfortable. It was cozy to sit by the wood stove every night. Linda provided delicious homemade cake and tarts as well as bread, eggs, cheese, biscuits and coffee. We really loved it!

We loved staying in Numana the house has a beautiful garden and the view from upstairs is priceless, Valerio and Michela have been so helpful all through our stay. Always responsive and giving great tips. Very welcoming. The house was spotless and a great place to visit Conero.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!
