Ein rustikales und gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, von dem aus sich die Umgebung sehr gut erkunden lässt. Der Whirlpool ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch durch den schönen Garten und die sehr grosse Sauberkeit wettgemacht wurde. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und professionell.

Prachtige locatie met uitzicht over de vallei en de historische binnenstad van Gubbio. Echt een aanrader!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — actually even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The surrounding nature is stunning, the bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. We even managed to enjoy a nice barbecue! I truly couldn’t recommend this place more — it’s absolutely magical. Check-in was super smooth, and the host was perfect: not intrusive or anxious at all (which has happened to me before elsewhere). Everything went perfectly. Thank you so much!

Lieber Lucio, nun sind wir bereits zum zweiten Mal bei dir in Magione gewesen. Dieses Mal zwar nur für 5 Nächte, dennoch genauso bezaubernd und erholsam wie letztes Jahr. Wir schätzen deine freundliche, ruhige Art in jeder Situation. Wenn wir einmal etwas falsch gemacht haben, hat es sich bei dir gar nicht wie ein Fehler angefühlt. We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Gustavo hat uns mit Informationen zu Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten tolle Hinweise zur Gestaltung unseres Urlaubes gegeben. Wir haben unsere beiden Gastgeber als sehr hilfsbereite und unterstützend erlebt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles so wie im Angebot beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Das Podere liegt zauberhaft in die Hügellandschaft eingebettet, unsere Unterkunft war nur 10 Schritte vom sehr sauberen, täglich gereinigten Pool entfernt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden durch unsere Gastgeber mehrfach gewechselt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr stilvoll und authentisch gestaltet. Die ruhige Alleinlage ist uns sehr in unserem Bedürfnis nach Erholung entgegen gekommen. Die Stadt Tolentino mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Region der Marken ist ein äußerst interessantes Urlaubsgebiet, das inbesondere durch seine reizvolle und abwechlungsreiche Landschaft, seine sehr freundlichen Bewohner und mit viel Kultur und Freizeitaktivitäten beeindrucken kann. Die traditionelle Küche der Marken konnten wir auf den vielen Festen in den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten genießen. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da in 14 Tagen diese großartige Region nicht entdeckt werden konnte.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

Francesco war ein toller und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat uns mit seinen Tipps das Erkunden der Gegend sehr einfach gemacht. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder, da der Urlaub für uns eine wundervolle Auszeit bedeutete und es an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Viele. Dank!

Un'esperienza perfetta sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura era incantevole, una location straordinaria, circondata da paesaggi mozzafiato e dalla tranquillità della natura. Gli ambienti erano curati nei minimi dettagli, puliti e accoglienti, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. L'host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, garantendo un'ospitalità impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque desideri una fuga rigenerante lontano dal caos

La Casa di un tempo è una rarità, uno di quei posti che ti porta indietro nel tempo proprio come vuole il nome. Perfetta per chi cerca un alloggio immerso nel verde, in posizione ottima per le escursioni in natura e in città. Perfetto per una vacanza con gli amici a 4 zampe. We have visited Alessandro’s place as a group of 6 adults and 3 kids!! Place was very spacious and had a great outdoors seating space as well as ‘games’ room with ping pong table. Pool was great size good for swimming and entertainment. Villa surrounded by great views and it’s up in the heals so therefore much cooler which was amazing during the extreme heat in Italy. Alessandro thank you sooo much for fantastic time!! We will be back ❤️

È stato proprio come essere a casa! Plus dell’immobile: avere un bagno dedicato per ogni camera da letto, terrazza con vista stupenda sulle colline e in lontananza anche il mare e Monte Conero, posizione comoda, il mare dista 2 minuti in macchina, 15 a piedi, padroni di casa super disponibili e gentili per qualsiasi cosa. Se cercate un posto dove godervi il mare e, una volta tornati a casa, riposarvi e rilassarvi questo è il posto perfetto.

Alloggio paradisiaco nella natura con tutto il necessario, la piscina è solo uno dei punti forti della casa insieme al barbecue e al forno a legna. Letti comodi e camere spaziose, così come i bagni. Il giardino è ottimo per stare insieme e risalassarsi. Posizione stupenda nella natura con tantissimi posti per fare il bagno nel fiume e vari percorsi per fare camminate. Host impeccabile sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni che abbiamo chiesto o che potevano tornarci utili.

Linda is een geweldige gastvrouw; huis was niet alleen brandschoon, ontbijt stond al klaar voor de volgende dag (inclusief eitjes van de kippen uit haar tuin), het haardvuur brandde toen we binnenkwamen, behaaglijk warm dus. Linda communiceerde prima met ons, dacht mee over mogelijkheden, was pro-actief, reageerde steeds snel op onze verzoeken of vragen om verduidelijking of informatie. Linda heeft uitstekende informatie in het huisje aanwezig waarmee je de bezienswaardigheden in de nabije en wijde omgeving kunt ontdekken: Echt top! Een uitstekend adres wanneer je Urbino en omgeving wil gaan bezoeken.

Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Natale nella casa di Valerio, la posizione è strategica per visitare le città nei dintorni e fare una passeggiata a Numana senza spostare la macchina. Gli spazi sono ampi, la casa è ben fornita di tutto, ci è stato dato il lettino e il seggiolone per il bambino di 1 anno. Ottima per famiglie e gruppi di amici.

Amazing stay in the Villa. It is situated in a beautiful and peaceful private estate in the hills aboce Spoleto. We loved eating out on the terrace and relaxing at the lake on the property. Lorenzo was super helpful and accomodating. We will be back!
