It is less than a mile from downtown San Marcos and Texas State University and a 12 minute drive to San Marcos's Premium Outlet Malls. Rental of the house includes the entire property with large yard, a fire pit and several sitting areas overlooking the river. * IMPORTANT* River access can vary due to drought conditions. As of winter of 2024 the river is down several feet and our channel is not flowing as usual.
