Vacation rentals with breakfast in Melbourne

Tiny Away was beautiful. The house we stayed in was just perfect and what we were looking for. Will soon check out their other locations. Highly recommend!

Jennifer's place was a lovely spot for our week in Melbourne. Great location for walking around Fitzroy and the surrounding areas. :)

Mauro's place is a beautiful and historic home with lots of interesting photos of his many travels! It had everything we needed for our stay, and the host had left many instructions for how to use the washing machine etc, and lots of recommendations for local coffee shops etc. Its right on the tram line, just about 30mins from the CBD and a short walk to the famous markets. Maoru was very responelsive and even left us milk and bread for our stay The house did not have air conditioning, which I was worried about when I realised the temperature was forecast to be 41°C. But the home actually stayed lovely and cool with its think walls and high roof, so it wasn't a problem at all!

One of my favourite Airbnbs! Very stylishly decorated and an amazing location. South Melbourne itself is love and only a 30 minute walk into the city.

Imran’s place was the perfect spot for a week in Melbourne. There were 6 of us in the house and you certainly did not feel overly cramped as each bedroom has their own bathroom. The house has amenities for a baby which was very helpful for us. Washer and dryer also present. The location is fantastic - lots of nice restaurants and cafes. Close to the train and trams. Unfortunately 2 of the aircons stopped working during our stay however Imran was very responsive and had a technician come out asap to fix them up. We appreciated that. Thanks again Imran, we enjoyed our stay and would happily book with you again

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

We had a great stay at Louise’s place. It was a brisk walk away from a range of shops and restaurants, and super accessible via public transport. Super clean inside and Louise had great communication. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Melbourne!! Thanks again Louise!

Myself and three other girls stayed here for a night after a concert. It was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful and the attentions to detail on Kylie’s behalf is amazing. Will definitely be coming back to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Carlton! Karen was incredibly friendly and responsive. The place was cosy, perfect for the occasion, and in a super convenient location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I was in Melb for 3 nights for a work trip and adored this sweet little cottage, with homely touches and a beautiful sunny outlook. The perfect place to come ‘home’ to at the end of the day and great cafes for the start! Melinda could not have been more welcoming.

We had a great time at Kristinas place. She was super responsive to any questions and the place is wonderful. Location second to none. Lovely vibe in the unit, lots of great books etc. We had very hot weather so the air-conditioner was a relief. Easy public transport to the city and suburbs. Local restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. All together we wouldnt fault our stay!

I booked the Airbnb for my parents who were visiting and they had a great stay at Rod and Anne’s. The apartment was well equipped for their long stay. They were able to do their laundry and cook some simple meals in the apartment too. Location is amazing, just minutes away from the Metro and lots of food establishments right at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the beautiful space with us.

Great 2 week stay at Jessica’s. Enjoyed the apartment very much. Location excellent for 15 mins walk to Northcote swimming pool and restaurants and shops on the doorstop.

The apartment was perfect for the price. Suits singles and couples. Very accessible to transport and lots of restaurants. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay! Conveniently located less than five minutes' walk into Olinda village. Beautiful space which felt very roomy for a studio set up. The cherry on top was the continental breakfast provided; fresh sourdough, muesli, cereal, preserves, milk, juice and the Nescafe coffee pod machine! It was so nice to wake up to and not having to rush out for breakfast made our lazy weekend away even lazier. 10/10 can recommend 😊

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul and Kumari are incredibly kind and have amazing stories to share. They truly made me feel at home, taking me under their wing and offering so much warmth and support. The breakfast was fantastic, and their stories were just as delightful. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, grocery stores, cafes, and anything else you may need. Paul and Kumari also went above and beyond by connecting me with people while I searched for accommodation in Melbourne, as I had recently moved here and was looking for something more long-term. Their hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Napier Guesthouse does not disappoint on any level. It is completely and utterly perfect. From the beautifully appointed kitchen, to the fresh breakfast supplies, to the rainwater shower, to the linen sheets. It even smells amazing. Everything has been carefully considered and thoughtfully presented. This world that Daniel has created is simply sublime. I can't wait to go back. Add to that it is attached to a fantastic wine bar (Napier Quarter) that has the most amazing food and wine and its location makes everything you could ever want in Fitzroy a close stroll away. Daniel is also at the ready with the best recommendations for what to do, where to eat and drink. A true host, the best host. I would give it 11 stars if I could I just cannot recommend it highly enough.

Hosts Barry and his wife were very welcoming! Also, the room was gorgeous and clean and we loved having an attached bathroom that was spacious and nice. Only slight issue is that the water system might be a little hard to get at first as there are specific instructions on how to turn on/off the water as well as adjust temperature. There was also a mini fridge and kettle in the room which was great. Location was a 15 min walk to Toorak village where we would definitely recommend trying the spaghetti marinara at Romeo’s (or anything else honestly, the food there is great and portions are huge). However do note that although accessible by public transport to the CBD, the nearest bus stop is still a ~5min walk away so driving is best. Overall a really good experience and we will be back if we return to Melbourne!
