Waterfront vacation rentals in Montreal

Geraldine and his wife are so nice and friendly. We got to talk to them quite a bit at the end of our stay and it was a fun and informational conversation. Geraldine would be a great tour guide. Their lake house is awesome, the view is spectacular. The house itself is nice and clean, just like any ordinary house, nothing crazy but the lake view is what made us enjoyed the place. Awesome place and awesome hosts, this place is amazing if you ever want to experience a lakehouse vibe.

We had an excellent stay at Yannick’s, and will definitely be back. The place has absolutely everything you need, is close to town, and absolutely as described. We had a great time!

Amazing apartment in an amazing location. You can walk to so many great spots, you’re very close to the waterfront, restaraunt, bakeries, shopping, science centre for kids. The apartment was easy to access, very clean and Loic responded very quickly to any of our questions. If we are in Montreal again we will definitely stay there.

Very nice location accommodated a party of 9 very easily. Lots of sleeping areas, bathrooms and big kitchen/outside BBQ for cooking. Overall great value for large groups. Location wise a bit far from downtown Montreal but Uber easily accessible. Might have difficult time getting back to Laval late at night as some drivers in Montreal doesn’t service Laval. There were some necessity like shampoo, shower gel, paper towel, scrubbers missing. So we purchased our own during the stay. Would recommend host to provide some for future guests.

The host was incredibly responsive and made sure to send a warm welcome that included very detailed instructions of how to get to the location. On top of that, the view from the back patio was beautiful and the accommodations were clean and relaxing to be in. Also, just a note that I stayed alone as a 26-year old woman, and felt incredibly safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely recommend, such a great stay!

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

Beautiful place. Despite the exterior renovations, the interior was super tidy and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom pristine and the kitchen very convenient. The river view needs to be better during the summer.

I frequent Montreal with friends (so I have a sense of the downtown living) and this was the first time I visited with my family. Many properties and hotels have hidden headaches that can make a trip less pleasant. This home is exceptional with zero issues. The Home is brand new, incredibly classy and very comfortable (we had the best sleep in a long time). It's very spacious and fun to lounge around. The location is also worth highlighting, it truly is a 20 minute drive from anywhere in downtown but it felt safe and quiet away from the busy downtown area. No headaches to figure out parking. Peter as a host is fantastic as well: very responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were immediately handled and this was very appreciated. The only person I would not recommend this home to is somebody who wants to walk out into downtown montreal, otherwise I think this is the best place to experience the city from (whether you are a group of friends or a family).

We really enjoyed our stay. This home had everything we needed and it felt cozy and comfortable. France was extremely helpful and responsive and the neighborhood is cozy and quiet. We will definitely be back soon.

It was a very beautiful and clean place. Kathryn was receptive and it was easy to talk with her. Although there were a LOT of mosquitos around, her place was the perfect spot for what we were looking for. Would come again

Christian is an excellent host—generous, attentive, and responsive. He provides great advice and is constantly thoughtful and caring. With him, I rediscovered the joy of my early Airbnb experiences, where hosts played a genuine role in welcoming guests and guiding them in exploring the city. The accommodation is ideally located in a trendy and charming neighborhood. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, yet the room overlooking the garden is immersed in absolute tranquility.

I loved the neighborhood, it was beautiful and very peaceful. It was a basement and very clean. The kitchen and toilet was tidy neat and orderly, the entire apartment was very clean.

Linda's place was perfect! It was very clean, was just like the pictures, and very well designed -- just really beautiful. It is right on the lake and we took full advantage of the outdoor space as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. Linda was an incredibly gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend her place!

We stayed at this Airbnb and immediately felt at home. The living room had a perfect view of the river, which made our stay even more special. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s located near the river in a quiet area, yet only about 25 minutes from downtown Montreal—so it was easy to enjoy both nature and the city. Parking on the driveway was also very convenient. We really liked it and would definitely stay here again!
