Absolutely beautiful location and amazing property. We came down for the Avalon airshow and were lucky enough to come across this property. Absolutely beautiful and even has a fantastic theatre area with a huge screen, projector and surround sound system with speakers installed in the roof for a brilliant cinematic experience. Showers (which I know is always important) are fantastic and not just a dribble of water....strong pressure and the hot water never ran out so can assume gas. The very spacious kitchen features a fantastic island bench and 2 ovens. All the bedrooms were large and quiet. Sally was absolutely fantastic and always engaged in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience.

We had such a lovely time at Vanessa's. Perfect location, not far from the coast, Torquay or Geelong. Our kids loved spending time with Vanessa around the farm, helping to feed the horses and collecting eggs. The cottage had everything that we needed, and Vanessa was great to deal with. We'll hopefully be back!

When we saw lift we were worried about tight, low ceilings and banging our heads every few minutes but that wasn’t the case at all. Very spacious and cool layout. Beautiful bathroom and the tub was a great feature for my wife. The cookies and other baked goods as well as the fresh eggs were such a nice gesture. We would definitely recommend!

A group of us went for a weekend away. Fitted the 5 of us comfortably. Everything we needed was there. I was very impressed how clean and new the place was. Brianna also aloud us to have a late check out. Which we loved after a late night out. Would definitely stay here again
