The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.

Located in the beautiful Obermenzing-Pasing district, it is perfectly connected to the public transport network, the A8 motorway and highways. Located directly at the Nymphenburger Schlosspark, it also allows guests to spend relaxing leisure hours on foot. For shopping, Pasing Arcades as well as the city centre can be reached quickly by bus, tram or S-Bahn. Also at Oktoberfest or in the Allianz Arena you are public or by car very fast.
