Bedroom, living room, private bathroom and toilet overlooking the garden terrace with a private entrance, you can rest or work (small office, Wi-Fi) in peace. With views of the hills, our farmhouse is located in a village close to the small Lyré de Joachim du Bellay, the charming small town of Oudon, the panorama of Champtoceaux... We lend you two bikes: be careful, the region is hilly! Nantes and Angers by the roads along the Loire are 40 and 45 km away.

A mezzanine offers a comfortable TV space (compatible with Chromecast) and a sofa bed that can be converted into an extra bed (on request). The staircase leading up to this floor is a staggered step ladder. The bedroom window overlooks the backyard of the house. The environment is quiet while being in direct proximity to the amenities of the center of town. No smoking in the room

All our rooms have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is included. The room in the Garden is the quietest and most relaxing of our 5 rooms. Its decor evokes the garden of the house that you will contemplate from the windows. Located on the first floor, the bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
