Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

In a green and quiet setting Valerie and Yves welcome you to their house with independent entrance and large terrace located in the countryside on the hiking circuit around Lake Grand Lieu, 15 minutes from Planète Sauvage, <30 minutes from Nantes, 30 minutes from the first beaches, one hour from Puy du Fou, train station 15 minutes away. The house is converted into a cozy little nest with modern comforts + private parking. It's great for a couple or family of 4. German and English spoken.

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.
