In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Quiet with private entrance, close to everything (restaurants, shops, bus). ATTENTION, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

Ideal for 2 people, but possibility to stay up to 4 people with the sofa bed. This apartment, renovated by us, is ideal for short stays and discovering all the attractions of Nantes. It is located in the city center, in the popular district of Saint Félix, close to the Talensac market, the banks of the Erdre and the hyper-center. All transport (bus and tram) and shops (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets) are close by. We provide linens as well as basic groceries.
