Vacation rentals with a pool in Nassau County

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

The house was so cozy and welcoming! Very clean and taken care of. We had a great time and felt right at home in such a friendly neighborhood!

We had an amazing time at this house! It efficiently accommodated all 8 of us in our party. A beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. We were easily able to relax and make great memories. The hosts were great too. Very responsive and did so in a short/reasonable time. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and it’s available. Highly recommend this house and the hosts!

My family and I stayed at Alex’s house and it was an absolutely amazing vacation! We grilled out by the pool daily and ended our night on the big comfy couch watching movies together as a family. 100% recommend staying here

We stayed 7 weeks at the Oasis and we felt like we had entered a dimension of paradise! What a lovely well appointed home with an enchanted garden and pool. Ashley and Shane were incredible with their communication and so very responsive! THIS will be the standard we use in all future rentals! We left yesterday and are feeling homesick for our home away from home! The house is so beautiful, the mattresses so comfortable and the high end kitchen was a dream and lacked for nothing. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

We had a great time at Kristie's place, it had everything we needed for our stay including a well equipped kitchen and amenities. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs, and enjoyed walks to the park and the beach.

Dawn was awesome she knew we were coming out for my son’s radiation treatment and even offered a few extra days if we needed. We appreciate her very much 🙏🙏

Michelle was superb in her communication regarding the property and what was included with the condo stay. She also communicated clearly regarding two minor building issues that occurred so we knew exactly what to expect. Comfy bed and blackout curtains. Good location centrally located between Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. Would highly recommend for two people.

This condo is perfectly located for whatever brings you to Jax Beach. The beach access is a stones throw away and restaurants, shops a short walk. The pool deck was wonderfully protected from the wind, too. Everything was easy here, even the kitchen had all the utensils and spices. We would highly recommend!

Christina’s place is just right for two guests. The patio is private and the view of the ocean is great for ground floor. The amenities listed were accurate. Me and my co guest came across an issue on original booking date and Christina worked well and patiently will us to resolve the issue. The beach is quiet and not too far from downtown Fernandina.

Very nice place. Furnished and decorated nicely. Identifying the unit was a bit challenging as we arrived at night. Improved signage would help. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable as they were softer than we're used to and master was uneven.

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!

This was an excellent trip. The location is outstanding, right next to the pool and just a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and perfect for kids. The condo is extremely nice, and the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had all the amenities described in the listing. Complex was very quiet and a quick walk to the beach. Jeff was very accommodating to us with a last minute situation that arose, which we were very appreciative. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
