Lady Amelia is not the cookie-cutter Airbnb place to stay. It is Julia's home, cherished and filled to the brim with her personality and exquisite taste. We have truly been spoiled to have been able to stay here for a month, relishing the hospitality of her home that shows generosity in every possible way, whether working remotely from the house or enjoying Old Fernandina and the beach. 'Generous' is probably the best possible way to describe the house, its owners, Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. Its quirkiness totally befits a lady of her age! On a practical note, the house is bigger than the photos suggest. It has literally everything that you can possibly think of to live here for a longer period of time. Old Fernandina is unusually charming and friendly; we got to know most of the people there within the month of our stay. In short, is a Lady Amelia uniquely elegant and comfortable home that at the top of our long stay experiences. Thanks ever so much, Julia.

The pictures do not do this property justice. Sara's home is amazing! Spotless, full of amenities, and lots to do. We ended up with more space than we needed, but I felt right at home. The kitchen is right out of a magazine and the master suite is huge with one of the best showers I've been in. There was not a single complaint from my family and I will definitely stay here again!

The place was the perfect location for our itinerary, close to everything. A great set up for my family and we had the best weather for the outdoor patio with seating to enjoy!

My family of six, four adults and two children, and our two Aussies, really enjoyed our stay at Tina’s coastal retreat. We were there for four nights and felt completely at home. Neighborhood was quiet and the elementary school across the street was a good neighbor. The location was good and only a few blocks from the waterfront. The house was really clean, well maintained and furnished, and nicely stocked with toiletries and supplies. Tina has several suggestions for things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend and return to the cottage!

Lacey's place was amazing. close to the beach, shops and restaurants. As soon as we opened the door we felt right at home. Everything was super clean and organized, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. When we come back to Jacksonville this house will be at the top of our list. Do not hesitate to book if available.

Overall a nice place right on the water. Kayaks were fun going out on the river. Kind of a bummer you cannot access the deck area though. Very clean, alot of amenities which is nice. The beds could use a little upgrading though but other than that I would recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing stay.

Walking into Shelley's home is walking into elegance! This utter piece of high-celinged gorgeousness is stocked with every ammenity one could desire, is incredibly clean and simply beautiful. The enclosed patio with its teak table and chairs are perfectly balanced against the stunning backdrop of the St. Mary's River. All the patio plants were healthy and created a serene vibe! I cannot recommend Shelley's home enough and hope to be able to come back and stay again! 5⭐️s!
