Villa vacation rentals in Nassau County

Beautiful retreat on 4th floor nestled in Amelia Island Plantation. Golf and pool out the back and the beach is right across the street. Our 10 and 18 yo love it here. Condo was very clean and comfortable with all tools needed for cooking some meals.

Our stay at Lana's place was absolutely wonderful! The spacious layout with two king beds was perfect for our family, and the thoughtful interior design created such a welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, complete with extras like ziplock bags and Tupperware - a rare find in most Airbnbs that made meal prep so convenient. The property's grounds are stunning, and we took full advantage of the bike rentals and golf cart to explore the area and try different restaurants each evening. The ambient lighting throughout added to the home's charm, and we spent lovely moments relaxing on the back patio. While it was too cool to use the pool during our stay, we're already dreaming about returning in warmer weather to enjoy that amenity. The combination of comfort, convenience, and attention to detail made this stay exceptional.

We had a great stay! The kids really enjoyed being so close to the beach and the house had everything we needed. We had a few questions prior to arrival and the response rate was VERY quick! We would definitely stay here again :)

My wife, daughter, and I spent a week in Laily's condo. We had a wonderful vacation; the only complaint I heard from my family was that we couldn't stay longer. The condo is comfortable and has all the amenities that we needed. Laily was easy to communicate with and always available/ accessible when we needed anything. We love Amelia Island and enjoyed being able to see the ocean from every room. We highly recommend this unit and would gladly return if given the opportunity. Thanks for sharing this unit with us.

We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back again. The living room and bedrooms were quite spacious. The kitchen had all modern appliances and really nice high quality eatery and glasses, better than you'd find in 95% of comparable accomodations. Also, they had beach chairs and beach towels you could use, and the place was stocked with paper towels, TP, and even some dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets so you didn't have to rush out and find a store right away for basic necessities. They thought of everything! Also the Moore Amelia Island folks were super responsive to anything we needed or had a question about, and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend!

Just like described. Daughter loved the pool. Location was great. Very short walk to lots of restaurants, groceries, the pier, and beach. Terry was quick to respond to a couple minor questions we had.

This was our second stay at this property. It is perfect! Right on the beach and close to everything you need. We will be back.

Angela’s home is stunning! Beautiful garden with pool, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels for both bath and pool which is important to me! She puts so much thought into making her guests stay the most comfortable it can be. Prompt communication as well. Avondale is a darling community with plenty of amazing shops and restaurants all walkable from Angela’s home. There’s even an amazing park for the kids too. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again in the future.
