Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and extremely comfortable, this is an absolutely lovely place to relax. if you decide you want to leave the condo, the area is wonderfully walkable, with the beach, restaurants, and more within an easy stroll. Hillary is helpful, responsive, and accommodating, and we had an amazing stay!

The unit was very clean, well stocked with everything you could need, and the direct ocean view balcony was perfect. Centrally located with multiple parks, restaurants, bars, and stores within short walking distance. It seemed like there was some nearby event every weekend during our stay, which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this for your next Jax Beach stay! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo on the 6th floor looking out over the expansive beach…gorgeous sunrises to be seen from the balcony. Very pretty condo and fit us 6 girls easily. Town is quaint and found a great market; also had a wonderful dinner at a very nearby restaurant! Condo equipped with pretty much whatever you need; appliances work well and kitchen efficient with laundry right there. Chad was very responsive with our questions - we would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here a couple of weeks ago!! Plenty of room for me and my husband, our 2-year-old, and my parents. The condo is very spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The hidden gem may be the wonderful boardwalk to the beach. It has a ramp as well as stairs, which made things a lot easier for those in the party (older and younger!) who might have had trouble with the stairs. The hosts were extremely communicative and made sure we had all the info we needed before arrival, and responded quickly to anything that popped up during the stay. The place is quiet, peaceful, and in a great location. We loved it, and are already talking about planning another trip back!

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing! Their home was beautiful and in a great location. I would highly recommend this place.

Cheryl’s She Shed was perfect! We walked the beach and enjoyed the restaurants that were walking distance on the Omni property. Close to Historic Fernandina Beach. Great area to walk and grab a meal or drink. St, Augustine is about an hour away. It was always good to get back to the condo to relax. Everything we needed was available. Hope to return soon, thank you Cheryl for a much needed getaway.

I booked this condo at the last minute for a much needed peaceful getaway. Everything was great. Loved the patio, the beautiful view and there's easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Our little family loved our stay at Casa Cruz. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

We were very comfortable in the Courtside villa; the unit was very well stocked. The check-in instructions were thorough and helpful. It was so convenient to have our dog there. We enjoyed the ten-minute walk to the beach. Be aware there are two sets of steps up to the door to the unit, which we didn't mind (but might be a consideration if you need something ground-level). We would stay again!

We had no power due to hurricane and luckily found this gem. Roxanne was so fast to respond last minute and extremely friendly. Upon arrival the condo was even better than the pictures. Everything was so clean and every detail down to dog bowls were provided. There were even laundry pods. The condo was within a short walking distance to the Omni and right next to a beautiful walking trail. We will definitely plan another trip soon. Thank you Roxanne!

Ashley's place was amazing and the amenities were great. The weekend we were there in Jan2025 was too chilly to take advantage of all the toys they make available. The rooms were so clean and the location was a short walk to the beach. We couldn't believe how empty the beach was - great, relaxing time - only wish we had more than a weekend to be there. Ashley was very responsive and so helpful in answering any questions. Hope they have a great 2025 -

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

I recently stayed here in Jacksonville and had an incredible experience. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided a variety of snacks, drinks, and even dog treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place!

Home was exactly as described, centrally located, spacious, and quiet. Would return!

The place was exactly like the photos. It was super clean and clutter free. We had plenty of room. It took no time to walk to the beach. The pool was close by and easy to access. Any questions I had, I always got a quick response. I highly recommend this place. My family said they would love to come back.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. This was our second stay at Beth's condo and we enjoyed it just as much as last time. The condo is in a very convenient location, close to almost everything. It is also super clean and comfortable. The complex is very quiet and a short, two block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Kent's condo in Fernandina Beach had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We traveled with another couple and had access to the entire villa. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. One section of the condo has a small fridge and coffee maker right in the bedroom and that was a bonus. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen but we enjoyed going into the quaint town of Fernandina Beach for dinner nightly. The pool area looked great although it was a little chilly for swimming during our stay. The condo is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, quiet and filled with seashells. We walked for miles every day and enjoyed sitting in the sun in the afternoon. The villa had beach chairs and toys. Kent gets big bonus points for providing beach towels! We enjoyed lunch on the outdoor patio which has a view of the tennis and pickle ball courts. We didn't find it to be noisy at all. It was in a lovely and quiet area of the resort.
