The place was spotless once we had walked in, everything was labeled, clean, and put away neatly for us. Beautiful garden/outside area, the sweat room was clean to where you can see your reflection on the floor, they also have a sheet you can use if you don’t want to see yourself in the mirror. The bed was like melting into a marshmallow, the bathroom was so spacious. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend for others and will be coming back.

This Airbnb was just what we needed. Close to the beach, spacious and great hosts! The space was clean, check in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around. Overall a great experience!

Our first clothing optional Airbnb stay and it was fantastic! Paul and Kelly were awesome and made us feel very comfortable the whole stay! All the little extras to spice up our alone time was thought out perfectly and the hot tub was wonderful with an amazing view. One of the best trips we have been on together! 5 stars all the way! Can’t wait to go back again next year.

Renovated Beach House w/ Pool and Outdoor Oasis

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

The confetti house - 1 mile from the Mayo clinic!

The Confetti House was perfect for what my family needed while I was at Mayo Clinic. The house was just as described, had everything we could have needed, and even more. We were traveling with kids that loved all the games, putt putt, and foosball. The house had all the amenities and even some extra goodies. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Frank was readily available and provided with all of the info we needed for our trip. I would highly recommend and we will absolutely chose this house again when we are back in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Jacksonville! It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—centrally located and close to so many great restaurants and amenities. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. The host was also very responsive and made sure we had a seamless experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jacksonville!

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!

My friends and I do an annual fantasy football trip each year at a random location. This year Jacksonville, FL was picked. We landed on Julia’s home because it fit what we were looking for while being very close to nightlife. We were able to enjoy ourselves playing games, having some drinks and letting loose! We just got back from our trip and would recommend her home to anyone. Super clean and comfortable. Has everything you need for a getaway. Thank you for a great trip, Julia!

The house was very clean and bigger than what the pictures showed. My family and I had a wonderful time in their home and I will book again when we return to Jacksonville: great neighborhood and only 20ish minutes from the airport. Beautiful home!!

Jacksonville Beach Tiki House

We had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We went to the beach and ate at restaurants that were nearby. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk. The house was very cozy! My daughters felt like we were in our own home. We went during a tropical storm and a heat advisory so it definitely took a toll on his backyard and pool. We still had plenty of time to enjoy it and spent almost every night in the hot tub. Cory was very responsive when we messaged him. He was very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in the area in the future…we would look to stay here again.

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.
