Townhome vacation rentals in Nassau County

The villa is exactly as described! The three bedrooms upstairs all had ensuite bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with Dove products (soap/shampoo) and were very clean. We were only in town for a weekend, so we didn't cook there, but the kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of counter space. The hosts were great at communicating. The best part was the location! The view out the back was of water and a golf course and was so peaceful. The building this villa is in is right next to the pool. The beach access was easy to find and very safe (walking/bike trail will take you there with a good crosswalk to cross the one - not busy - street). It was less than a ten minute walk on a well-shaded path. If you have little ones, bring a wagon for beach gear. Parking was plentiful and close to the villa. We love Amelia Island and would definitely stay here again.

The place was terrific and the Vacas team was amazing to work with. It all was just easy and described perfectly. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing easy vacation.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean views from master bedroom and balcony, where we spent most evenings after a walk on the beach. Literally steps to the ocean! Clean, comfortably and attractively furnished, even better than the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Good communication by Vacasa Florida. The unit’s building was a little hard to find at first but it’s located among tree lined streets in a quiet, charming area. We would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook when in the area. Great experience!

My daughter and I had a lovely first visit to Amelia Island. Adam’s condo was situated perfectly to easily access the beach. The downtown area was also close by to the condo. It reminded us of a New England coastal town called Portsmouth with its historic buildings. We look forward to coming back and would rebook with Adam.

We had a wonderful stay at Sailmaker celebrating our wedding on the island. You can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony - we even saw dolphins one morning! The rental was spacious enough for the whole family & the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Note that no beach towels or beach accessories are provided but there are places on the island to rent or purchase.

Very comfortable and clean home, great location just a short walk from the Cumberland Island Ferry and downtown St. Marys, and the hosts were super responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

A beautiful home. Three bedrooms with 4 baths. Couldn’t be better than that. We enjoyed the condo so much and loved the location. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. You will not regret booking this. If I go to this area again, I will book this condo every time. Great hosts and very fast response to all my questions.

The rental was great all around, great location, wonderful and clean home. We did have a little trouble with the code on the lock and the host took care of it right away with no troubles. Would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Her place is just as described and very conveniently located next to the beautiful Fernandina beach and historic downtown area. Everything we needed for a weekend stay was provided including very comfortable beds. Amelia Island is simply stunning and abundant in southern charm & hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

The Monopoly House was a great place to stay…especially if you have kids. Air hockey, connect four, and loads of board games to keep them busy. Not to mention the pool, which is located right across the neighborhood street with a little park as well. There’s a great doughnut place about a 5 minute drive away, grocery store, gas station, and fast food options also. Walden was also very responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning and he had a repair out the next day to address the problem! So helpful and friendly. He gave us recommendations on his favorite beach to visit as well. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

We just spent another month here. What an awesome place to stay. We stayed for a month last year and plan to do so again next year. Comfortable, clean home, well stocked for a long visit. We love the screened in porch. Super easy access to the beach and several walkable neighborhoods to walk our dog. Fernandina Beach and the surrounding area is loaded with great restaurants…and a fun live music scene. Maybe a simple thing, but we love the large pantry in the kitchen. We appreciate having the space for buying and storing groceries, without having to store everything in the counter. Very responsive and respectful hosts. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful family spring break week at Sea La Vie. The condo was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. We also appreciated that the unit had three bathrooms. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had one rainy day during our visit, but we enjoyed having a relaxing day inside because the home is so comfortable. The oceanfront setting is spectacular and beach is easy to access. The wide beach goes on for miles and is nice for long walks. We also rented bikes and cruised the bike path that goes to the south end of the island. Driving to downtown was easy, about 10 minutes. Gocery and other stores and many restaurants are also all within 10 minutes by car. So the location was extremely convenient. Overall the island is beautiful, laid back, and easy. It was refreshing to be able to walk into restaurants without reservations, have no problems parking, and enjoy uncrowded beaches. We also loved the community pickleball at Central Park. Thanks, Guest Cottage!!!

This place is beyond expectation. A block away from the beach with great restaurants and coffee shops within minutes of driving. This place has everything you need, beach chairs and umbrella, even a high chair for my one-year old. Owner is super easy to communicate, always respond within minutes. My family had a great time and def coming back in the future!

I just traveled home from a wonderful, long weekend at the Sea Salt Townhome. This was a great location. I felt at home right away, and it was so clean. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and my bed was SO comfortable! Thanks again for such a nice place to stay and enjoy.

Beautiful townhome on Amelia Island. Host was responsive, friendly and helpful with recommendations. Plenty of room for our family of four. Easy, 2-minute boardwalk walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. The sunrise each morning was the best part. Great restaurants and shops in the little Fernandina Beach downtown which is a nice, mostly scenic 15 min drive. We visited Fort Clinch State Park and toured the historic Fort. Very cool experience. Would highly recommend this fantastic beach townhouse to families of four or less.

We enjoyed our stay and the three of us we had plenty of space. The townhouse setting in the trees is pretty and the location mid-island makes it easy to get around. Sally was happy to provide any guidance we needed to make our stay memorable.
