Clairseine - Beautiful cottage on the Seine river

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

The sunny days are back, bringing with them flowers in the hedges, birds in the trees, and cows and horses in the fields. Nestled in the heart of the Pays d'Auge countryside, in a spacious garden, “CLAQUE PEPINS” can accommodate four people. A greenway ideal for walks runs along it. Bikes are available to rent. The village of Saint-Julien-le-Faucon and its shops are located 2 km away. 10 km to Livarot, 15 km to Lisieux, 40 km to Cabourg, Deauville, and Trouville, 70 km to Omaha Beach.

Le logement L'appartement est sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres en enfilade. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. L'accès se fait par un escalier extérieur menant à une terrasse surplombant le jardin privatif avec vue sur l'Église St Denis. L'appartement possède au 1er étage un séjour spacieux avec un coin repas attenant à la cuisine américaine, un salon équipé d'un poêle à bois, une salle de douche & des toilettes séparées. Un escalier intérieur dessert 2 chambres en enfilade à l'étage.

We come to stay at "La Petite Passière" for its location, in a 3-hectare English garden, nestled in the heart of the meadows and forests of the Exmes valley, a diamond of the Auge region. You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).
