We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

A very warm (and clean) place with a friendly view to accompany the awakening! The location is best for visiting Mers-les-Bains and its surroundings. Carole is a responsive host and gives all the information she needs to make sure she has a good stay. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return occasionally.

Beautiful stay in the Perche. The most beautiful and pleasant house we've known on Airbnb! The touches of the owners touched us: Easter chocolates for the children and arrival gifts for the grown-ups. Everything is provided, with plenty of bathroom and kitchen products. Small but functional and perfectly located. Aurélie welcomed us in person which is very nice. At your disposal is a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, places to visit, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is unobstructed and you can even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A great place for a short stay in the heart of Mers-les-Bains.

The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

Very good place. if critical would be to do it would possibly be the lack of window opening because only a window can open which may be just in the middle of summer possibly. in any case for us, it was not inconvenient for the period when we rented.

For us in the fall the apartment was perfect. However, it could get very warm in summer. Guillaume is a great host and was always available. Nadia was also available on site at any time.
