The location right on the lake can't be beat in idyll! 😊 The accommodation offers everything you need for a break from everyday life. With the hot tub, sauna and barbecue area, you can make yourself comfortable even in colder temperatures. We dream of returning to this little paradise in nowhere at some point ✨ Pasi was also a great host, always within easy reach and he gave us a number of great recommendations and tips ◡for this unforgettable time!

The house is very new and corresponds to the pictures. We felt right at home! If you like peace and seclusion ( for people from the city ), this is the place to be. The extra charge for the hot tub is worth it.

We are completely satisfied with the cottage, came after the Easter vacant in this cottage. The cottage found everything you need, and the dishes and utensils were great for a longer stay. The sauna has good steam and the sauna cozy, we also had a lot that warmed up quickly and was nice a lot. 😊 Peace of mind throughout your vacation and a cozy yard where you can spend time and the cottage inside is also cozy and tidy.

The villa swamp is a stunning, museum-like haven of peace and nature. Hunting land can be found nearby and you can really enjoy your vacation in peace. Carrying water and no-electricity is suitable for this place. Alex is great hosts and ready to help if needed. Everything went just as planned.

Everything matched the description for this listing. The property is located in a rural area, on a lake. Beautiful nature around the outdoors. The yard sauna had good steam and the sandy lake was good to swim and shed the winter coat. The cottage was beautiful, cozy, and tidy. The beds were especially good. Sleep tasted! The cottage didn't have any voluminous smells or smells, so the person who had an allergy to smell enjoyed. I could go again. Thanks!

The chalet was very good, clean, and in a nice spot next to the lake. In a hurry, we didn't pack my own linens, Irma had already anticipated, and these can be found in the cottage. Thank you so much for this! The cottage has everything you need and I was very comfortable for longer. If you have a trip to Iisalmi and the cottage is free, I'll be happy to book it again!

We stayed at Salme's cottage on the lake for almost a month during our parental leave, with our baby and our dog. The house is very well kept and extremely clean. The view on the lake is stunning and the area Is surrounded by forest. There is everything you may need for a nice stay, whether it's in winter or summer. Salme is very kind and helpful, and will be happy to give suggestions on things to do if needed. Overall one of our best experiences as guests on Airbnb!

The listing was just as described. Iita was very responsive and a friendly host. I recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay. The location was excellent. Sled trails nearby and comfortably peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It's also not too far to get to the slopes by car. :) Very clean and functional accommodation.

Our stay at the cabin in Rovaniemi was just perfect! The place delighted us from the first second – it was clean, stylishly decorated and stocked with everything you need (even the little extras like coffee, tea). The location is ideal: quiet but still close to Rovaniemi so we could easily explore everything. A huge praise to Tiina and Juho, who welcomed us warmly and responded quickly to questions throughout the stay. The tips on local highlights were worth gold – we felt like locals! We also particularly liked the cozy atmosphere and the loving details that made the place a real home away from home. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this oasis! It was a very pleasant stay at Alexey's cabin. The accommodation has everything listed and is very comfortable. The only thing to note is that sometimes access by car can be difficult, but the machines remove the snow periodically.

Delightful. We loved the decor, sauna, view and hares. Every thing was very neat and tidy and in its place.

The perfect home to escape the city's bustle. You don't have to go on a trip to nature separately. The paddler is enough for a few days to paddle. Excellent steam.

Very nice and warm cottage, but the bedroom is conveniently slightly cooler. The oven/stove was a positive surprise with a new induction-like refrigerator big enough for the size of the cottage. It was nice to spend days and the stay was crowned by the view from the window that shows all nature 👏

Beautiful riverside cottage, quiet and peaceful. Far from the city but with activities possible by car in the surrounding area. Indoor sauna, outdoor grill, snowshoes available, as well as sleds. Welcoming and attentive host. We had a wonderful stay!

Viola and Pertti are very friendly host, always available in case of need of support or questions. The house is cozy and warm as it has central heating as well as a fire place. It is well equipped with everything necessary. The temperature of the heaters can be regulated. The outside toilet is just next to the house, easily accessible even with - 16 degrees and very hygienic. It's possible tu use the sauna and even to take a shower there. All in all highly recommended hosts and location. Thank you for everything, we will be back! :)

We were a group of four staying for a week, and it was a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful—peacefully surrounded by woods, and the classic wooden Lappi mökki was incredibly cozy and charming. It really gave that authentic, relaxing cabin-in-the-forest vibe we were hoping for. If we had to point out anything, it would be that the bunk beds weren’t the most comfortable for our friend who’s 2 meters tall—but for most people, they’d be just fine. All in all, a lovely spot that we’d happily return to!
