Excellent stay. Beautiful apartment very clean and very well equipped, it has everything you need and more. In a very nice area close to everything in Santiago. Marco was very attentive and responded quickly to all questions before arrival. Then we don't need to do it as there was nothing that didn't work or miss the place. I would always return.

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The apartment is super spacious and very nicely furnished. The area is very nice, residential and with many super and restaurant options. To improve I would only add more instructions regarding entry, being two towers complicated us how to enter. Additionally, in the morning it hits the direct sun to the apt, and the kitchen is an oven, and there are no curtains. Apart from those small details, we would definitely stay again!

The very nice depto, comes with everything you need for a short stay, the kitchen impeccable, matches the description of the dpto and the photographs, everything is in perfect condition. In my case I just had to unplug some air fresheners because the smell was getting strong but vented.

Claudia's apartment, I met all the requirements that my coworkers and I need, so that our work stay was very comfortable. The building is a quiet place and its residents are very friendly, the neighborhood is very diverse, with very rich squares and places to eat and be distracted. 100% recommended.
