A perfect way to stay in the middle of nature. Langholm is and has been a family farm for over 80 years and oozes nostalgia, coziness and good stories. The farm is close to shopping. I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

My home is good for couples and business travelers. You can park the car for free and enjoy Odense without thinking about parking conditions. the home is 2 km from HC. Andersen's house, 1.6 km from Odense train station and 1.2 km from the harbor where you will also find Storms parkhouse. The Skibhus neighborhood offers several options for shopping and a wide range of take away. after is day in Odense you are welcome to relax in our lovely courtyard.
