Full furnished Basement, large Arcade and Firepit

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). Gas Fire pit in fenced in back yard No pets and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .

This beautiful brand new home is just minutes from UVU. This home is perfect for your family get-together, baby shower, or other smaller vent. It has a large quarter-acre yard with a trampoline, a large playground, and outdoor seating. The house is located near skiing, BYU, UVU, shopping/dining, and a few minutes from the freeway. Enjoy breakfast outside while the kids play and enjoy the mountain scenery right from the backyard.
